At Gulaal, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national and International couriers. Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 1000. For orders below and equal to Rs. 1000, we charge a flat Rs. 100 shipping fee.

Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, shipping times may vary. We generally dispatch orders within 4-5 business days and all shipping times are estimated in good faith to be anywhere between 3-10 business days depending on the location to be shipped in India. In case of made to order designs the manufacturing time will be 20-30 working days maximum. After manufacturing time the shipping time remains the same as mentioned above.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

In the event, a design is on a made-to-order basis the shipping time will remain valid in addition to the number of days it takes to manufacture that design mentioned on individual product pages. For example, if the order takes 20-30 manufacturing days then a shipping time of 3-10 business days will stand effective after the initial period of 20-30 manufacturing days is completed.

Gulaal is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors beyond the control of Gulaal. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In case the package isn't received by the customer due to any issue on the customer's part, the package will either be returned back to Gulaal or to the Courier company. In such a scenario, the onus of picking up the package from the courier company or the charges of couriering the package again from Gulaal's head office will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.
